  • How Are Products Prepared?
    The products are produced using the casting technique. It comes from the casting workshop to the painting workshop and is painted with water-based acrylic paints that do not harm health.
  • What should I do if my cargo arrives damaged?
    Don't worry. If your product is damaged, you can first contact the cargo officer and request a report from him. This will help us refund you the payment. If you cannot receive a report, we will send you the same product free of charge. However, be sure to contact us if you have any problems.
  • Do you accept Custom Design?
    Of course. We are a hobby and design workshop. We can apply special painting and designs to any product you specify. We can also design a special sculpture model for you with our professional sculptors.
  • I Didn't Hear About Your Payment Method. Is This Safe?
    Of course! We receive our payments through our Turkish company. That's why you may not have heard of this method. But PAYTR is one of the safest payment methods used in Turkey. All your information remains confidential.
  • Will I Pay Customs Fees?
    This varies for each product. Customs fees may differ between countries. Customs Fee belongs to the buyer. For example, if you can check the Customs figures in your Country, you may find that it is free for a certain limit. For example, you can pay Product Price / 10 for your overseas purchases of $150 and above. This depends on the price of your product and your country's Policies.
  • Can I get an invoice?
    Of course. We always send paper invoices with your products. But sometimes customs officers need to collect invoices. If you contact us in such cases, we can send you your invoice by e-mail. allnarthouse@gmail.com
  • Do you have wholesale sales?
    Yes. You can contact us via our e-mail address to purchase wholesale products and become our dealer.
